If you wish to withdraw from a distance contract, please complete the form below. After submitting your request, send the products to the returns address. Once we receive the parcel, we will verify your request and begin the refund procedure.

Important Information

Products supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health-protection reasons. This applies in particular to cosmetic products and nail styling products secured with a seal or protective film.
